Dallas is the fearless leader within our company, and has been an industry veteran for 20 years. He has extensive knowledge in the wine world and is incredibly versed in hospitality. His passions include wine, his partner Kait, and his little puppy Marty Party. In no particular order.
Emily Sylvester
Events Manager
Emily is well versed in the industry of finer dining, having been employed at some of Calgary’s favourite hot spots for great food. Salt & Brick is no different. She is integral in our Events team, and is the person to talk to to help you curate an incredible, personalized function.
Shelby Goodwin
Assistant General Manager
Shelby’s journey began in the heart of Okanagan wine country at the original Salt & Brick on Bernard Avenue in Downtown Kelowna. He brings his seasoned expertise and love for the brand to Calgary, where he helps curate our wine list and manage day-to-day operations. With years of industry experience, Shelby's passion was ignited at just four years old, clearing beer bottles and emptying ashtrays.

Matt has been immersed in the service industry for nearly his entire life, but nothing captivates him like bartending. Hidden within Salt & Brick, you'll discover an alluring speakeasy with 1920's Art Deco flair. There, you’ll find Matt behind the bar, crafting cocktails that transport you through time and space.
